Innova Farms is all about veggies, so of course we love our vegetarian and vegan friends! We are excited to share some microgreen meals and snack ideas with you. Many of these ideas can be modified for vegans and folks with dietary restrictions.
Microgreens breakfast scramble
Scrambled eggs with cheese topped with microgreens. Supercharged morning meal!
Microgreens w/ toast & egg
Toast, green peppers and tomato slices, with egg. Sprinkle the microgreens of your choice on top for a vitamin-packed meal.
Microgreens w/ fried tofu & peanut sauce
This dish was sent to us by a vegan friend. Fried tofu, veggies, homemade peanut sauce, and microgreens. The microgreens reportedly added “full body and zest” to dinner.
Microgreens sandwich (or wrap)
Bread/wrap, tomato, cheese and microgreens. So much flexibility and so good! We are busy people and we are always packing these delicious treats for the road.
Microgreen salad
Tossed greens, mushroom, radish. Top with microgreens of your choice. The possibilities are endless!
